{"id":194,"date":"2016-03-09T18:16:41","date_gmt":"2016-03-09T18:16:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.pharmacy.umaryland.edu\/insidesop\/?p=194"},"modified":"2016-09-15T15:32:51","modified_gmt":"2016-09-15T15:32:51","slug":"alumni-return-to-the-school-during-aphas-annual-meeting-exposition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.pharmacy.umaryland.edu\/insidesop\/2016\/03\/09\/alumni-return-to-the-school-during-aphas-annual-meeting-exposition\/","title":{"rendered":"ALUMNI RETURN TO THE SCHOOL DURING APHA&#8217;S ANNUAL MEETING &#038; EXPOSITION"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Written By:<\/strong> Malissa Carroll, Web Content Specialist<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The American Pharmacists Association (APhA) hosted its 2016 Annual Meeting &amp; Exposition at the Convention Center in Baltimore from March 4-7, bringing together thousands of pharmacists from across the United States \u2013 including hundreds of the School\u2019s own faculty, students, and alumni.<\/p>\n<p>The School of Pharmacy was on-hand as an exhibitor at the event to help raise awareness about the variety of cutting-edge services that we offer \u2013 from the world class data support services available through the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pharmacy.umaryland.edu\/centers\/prc\/\"><strong>Pharmaceutical Research Computing (PRC)<\/strong><\/a> center to our innovative online master\u2019s degree programs in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pharmacy.umaryland.edu\/academics\/regulatoryscience\/\"><strong>regulatory science<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pharmacy.umaryland.edu\/academics\/pharmacometrics\/\"><strong>pharmacometrics<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pharmacy.umaryland.edu\/alumni\/\"><strong>Office of Development and Alumni Affairs<\/strong><\/a> also hosted a special evening reception in Pharmacy Hall for current faculty, students, and alumni and friends who were attending the meeting. The event featured remarks from <strong>Natalie D.
