I launched a free text service called “Daily Love” last week. For\u00a0the\u00a0last 10 years, I’ve had a daily ritual of meditating, reading inspirational books, and journaling. I decided that it was\u00a0the\u00a0perfect time to share\u00a0the\u00a0readings and insights with everyone in my life. It’s been an amazing experience. People have been replying to tell me how much\u00a0they enjoy getting\u00a0these messages first thing in\u00a0the\u00a0morning. It’s a great way to start your day!<\/span><\/p>\n

I pull from many different writings – everything from\u00a0the\u00a0Bible to\u00a0the\u00a0Bhagavad Gita to present day inspirational books.\u00a0The\u00a0messages vary but\u00a0the\u00a0intent is\u00a0the\u00a0same – bringing us\u00a0together\u00a0in a positive way and setting\u00a0the\u00a0tone each morning to create\u00a0the\u00a0best day ever. Creating this daily ritual has been instrumental in changing my life. Adding\u00a0the\u00a0positive messages each and every day has allowed me to cultivate\u00a0the\u00a0ability to live in\u00a0the\u00a0moment, and that’s extremely powerful!<\/span><\/p>\n

Every day I send out, via text, an inspirational message. Anyone can join by texting “afalove” to 484848.<\/span><\/p>\n
